I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with a passion for helping people fulfill their purpose in life. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. I have developed considerable skills by diversifying my training through EMDR, CBT, Neuro-cognitive Education, and Play therapy. I am a compassionate therapist that seeks the potential in others. I will cooperate authentically with my clients so they can connect their souls, spirit, and minds. I will facilitate the tools to allow the client to learn to love themselves. I strongly believe in helping my clients understand the way they think because if my client knows how the mind processes information, these components will influence the way they feel and behave. I use different modalities like Attachment, Mindfulness, and CBT in therapy. I can offer a solid multicultural background as I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and have had the opportunity to travel internationally and within the United States, making missions trips, teaching, giving seminars and conferences, etc. The elderly population is near and dear to my heart. I am the caregiver of two awesome elders (my parents), and I have worked as a Care Coach for the elderly population for seven years. Through these countless experiences, I have genuine empathy and love for this growing population.
